We love Ustick Dental. The people are so nice and it is such a pleasant atmosphere that we look forward to our dental appointments! It's like going to see friends. In addition, the office is conveniently located and easy to get in to. Dr. Rigby has helped both my husband and I get caught up on some dental work that was way past due and they worked with us on payment arrangements that worked for us. We highly recommend Dr. Rigby and Ustick Dental.

I really appreciate how comfortable I was in the hygienist chair. My five year-old daughter was a bit scared, but the hygienist was amazing to her. She actually did not want to leave. My son who nine years old and has autism was able to get his x-ray done. My kids and I really like this office . I highly recommend them!

This is an update to my previous update regarding Ustick Dental Office. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes before my hygienist was ready for me. The checkup was a breeze and Carli (my hygienist) made it a walk in the park. Many thanks to all of UDO for a pleasant visit.

First time in the office, I was referred to them by a good friend. They were welcoming and friendly. They answered my questions without judgement. I need to get a tooth removed and I was very nervous and anxious, but the Doctor was very kind and he and I said it needed done, so I said I will try. No pain, and I was good through the whole process. I did it!! 🙂

Dr. Booth and his staff are awesome. I especially appreciate the ladies at the front desk. They are so helpful and it’s obvious Ustick Dental values their clients. Dr. Booth does such a thorough exam. My first appointment they found something with my carotid artery. Thank goodness it wasn’t serious, but that was a huge find. I’ve also heard that he helped a client by detecting cancer in one of their scans. That’s amazing and it’s total dedication to his clients. Thanks to Dr. Booth and his team for all you do.

This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Upon my first visit, I was greeted with a welcome gift and card. They are so personal and truly care about you.
I have been remiss in posting a review but I think about doing so every day when I look in the. mirror or when something or someone makes me smile. I am an unusual case in that I was missing several second teeth- they never grew in - so I have had bridgework since I was 15! Now I am MUCH older and have had that same bridge and was excited to get a new one. I love this office for my regular dental check ups. They are conscientious and kind and do a great job! When it came time to make the move on all new bridge work - it is a major expense and I figured I would not ever plan to have to do it again. So I did my homework and visited other offices, asking people I know and seeing results others have gotten. I trust this group of professionals so much and I made the decision to get my work done here. I am so grateful that I did! What I love is that I still look like me only better! I have seen cases where the bridgework totally changes the face. Dr. Rigby took the time and care to be sure my teeth turned out beautiful yet not a drastic change.We worked together to choose a color and he made sure my mouth felt comfortable. There was a bit of adjusting later but now- my teeth are my own and my smile says it all! People tell me I look great- and they may ask what is different. So I tell them and I am always happy to tell them who the "artist " is.
Dr Booth and his assistants were outstanding!! I had a stubborn wisdom tooth extraction and he consistently made sure I was comfortable to the best of his ability. The front desk staff were wonderful and very welcoming as well. I will be back for regular cleanings and other wisdom tooth extractions!

I was able to get into an appointment quickly in an urgent situation, they were very kind over the phone and in person. Great dental assistant and the dentist repaired my tooth well, they take my insurance and were transparent with cost out of pocket before the procedure was done. The office is clean and inviting, there is plenty of parking and the staff were so friendly.

I recently broke a veneer on a front tooth. I didn’t have a dentist at the time but found Ustick Dental and they were able to get me in within an hour of my call. The office staff were incredibly kind and understanding of my dental anxiety and assured me every step of my first visit. I feel comfortable going forward with my repair in a couple days and continued dental care with Dr. Rigby and staff.

This was my first experience with Ustick Dental, and the front desk staff were super friendly, acknowledged, and greeted you right away. I didn't have any interaction with the dentist, but the staff made you feel comfortable and when so many have issues with the dentist, it is nice to have a place that makes you comfortable right away.

He called Ustick Dental Office and they got us in first thing in the morning and by 4:30 that same day he had a flipper tooth in and was wedding ready! I have been getting my teeth cleaned by Erin for about 5 years, I am very sad to no longer have her as my hygienist. I however had Kaylynn as my hygienist at my recent visit. I loved my experience as she is very personable, kind, and gentle! All things that I look for in a hygienist. Ustick Dental always has the most amazing hygienists.

Myself, husband, and toddler just went here for the first time and we all had a great experience. They got us in in a timely manner and were friendly. The hygienist that saw my toddler (Kaitlyn) was AMAZING with the 'happy visit', and made my very shy toddler feel comfortable almost instantly. We've taken our toddler to a pediatric specific dental office before, and had a less enjoyable appointment so both myself and husband were pleasantly surprised at how great Kaitlyn was with our toddler. We will definitely be back!

I was in desperate need for an emergency procedure, as well as a new primary dentist, and they were able to get me in same day, within a couple hours from when I called!! The service was wonderful by both the staff and Dr. Booth - he was very easy to work with and highly experienced. After the appointment I left finally out of pain and with a follow up scheduled - they truly took care of me. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the Boise area!!

I went in to have 2 molars (broken, abscessed, infected) removed. The assistant was incredibly friendly and comforting, as I am terrified of the dentist. She gave me headphones to listen to music on my phone, and sat in the room before the doc, trying to get my mind off of it all. The dentist was cold, short, and kind of rude. His audible response when examining my mouth was hurtful/insulting. There's no way my mouth was the most jacked he's seen, but sure made me feel that way. Turns out he was a little over aggressive and dislocated my jaw (TMJ), which is locking up when I try to bite down, and cracking/popping with little movements. My eye socket hurts to the touch and possibly developing a black eye, and said eye is watering nonstop. Definitely not the greatest experience, tho I'm still glad the two molars are out, even tho I feel I just traded one pain for another.
Customer service here is amazing. I was getting 3 wisdom teeth removed and everyone was super helpful and assured me that I would be just fine... and they were right. The extraction itself was painless. Love this place

Awesome dentist office. The hygienist Evan made it the most comfortable (as much as possible) dentist experience I've ever had. He was calming and made my experience low anxiety and pain. The front desk, dentist and hygienist answered all my questions and I had a lot. So happy I came here for my dental needs. I had a cleaning done and it was awesome. More work ahead but oddly enough I am not as nervous and couldnt be happy enough to get my work done here.

My experience at ustick dental wasn't anything less than amazing. They saw me for 2 extractions of broken teeth. I was told they couldn't be done without and oral surgeon. But Dr. Rigby was able to extract them both and all for free. I can't say how happy I am to of been given the opportunity to receive such exceptional service.

I wish I could rate higher. I have never been somewhere with more kindhearted people! Every person I came into contact with was so kind and understanding, and I highly recommend them to anyone. As a new patient, the nurse (mine was Kate or Katie, an absolute sweetheart) gave me a small tour of their facility and showed me their certificates and machines, and when I got to the room there was a welcome blanket rolled up with hand sanitizer and chapstick as a welcome gift. Furthermore, they were incredibly understanding with the payment arrangements and made sure I got my tooth taken care of as well as made me comfortable about it financially. I felt no pain after the numbness went away. I could go on about how great everyone is, Thank You Dr Holbert, Kate, the receptionists, and anyone else I passed, for being so kind to me and helping me! I recommended my entire family, if you're looking for a reason or a sign to call them or go in, this is it!

By far the best dentist I have ever been to. They actually care about patients and will work with you on payments. They were a lifesaver when I had no insurance and was in dire need of a tooth extraction. They got me in same day for my emergency and ever since then they have become my permanent dentist and the place I tell everyone to go when they need dental work. Absolutely a joy everytime I go in and always friendly, supportive and super helpful. It's not often you find any sort of medical type offices that truly care about the patient. Everytime I have had to have work done the dentist themselves take time out of their family time to check up on me and make sure I'm doing alright after.

How does one describe the world class treatment provided at ustick dental. Had a dental emergency from another dentist failed work. They quickly got me in and feeling better. They take time getting to know you on a personal level, preference around dental treatment options etc.

Were so happy that things are starting to open up. We came in for a check up and teeth cleaning. Though it was a little different having the dental hygienes totally covered up. They were still able to clean our teeth.
As always everyone was pleasant and the dental cleaning and exam was done in a prompt and comfortable manner. I especially appreciated all the professional precautions that were followed during this Covid-19 pandemic. I had my 1st visit in August. The Dr. and hygienist had planned to just clean and xray my teeth but I had a very bad tooth that I really wanted to focus on. It had to be pulled. Dr. wasn't sure there was time for that but I couldn't wait another day so he said he would. I so appreciated it. Didn't feel any pain just pressure. Dr. gave me an extra shot because I could feel it at first. I'm embarrassed to say I can't remember Dr. or hygienist name but they were awesome! But I have another appt. 9/18 so you can bet I will remember after that visit. Thanks everyone!

I changed to this practice after retirement and finding my previous dental group did not accept my new dental insurance. As I sought a practice, I was not treated well by another office. At Ustick, the receptionist was very gracious. I've been welcomed by the hygienist and dentist as well. Exams are thorough and what I've come to expect. Have made 3 visits and my experience has been very consistent. I'm glad I found them! Update 8/1/18 I've continued to appreciate the kind attentiveness of Erin as my hygienist and Dr Booth. I had recent visits with both and found them thorough and expert in their approaches. Erin is sensitive and complete in her work. In a subsequent appointment, I had to have two fillings replaced and Dr Booth found an adjacent tooth also had decay. Instead of yet another appointment, he was able to take care of it while I was in the chair- greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this practice. Everyone- including the front desk staff- participates to make me feel welcome and help me remember my pre-medication! They are consistently caring. Thanks!

I am 56 years old and have a lifelong dread of going to the dentist! I am so grateful that I found Ustick Dental! My previous dentist did not take my new insurance so I started my search for a new dentist. My appointment was only a few days after I made the initial inquiry. Chrissy is absolutely amazing! The best cleaning I have ever had! They have very high tech diagnostic equipment. Dr. Rigby and Chrissy explained in detail what issues were found and the best course of action. The breakdown of costs was explained in detail and I was given the choice to wait for pre-authorization or go ahead with the treatment plan. I am actually looking forward to having the work completed. I have no worries knowing I will be in very capable hands. Thank you Ustick Dental team for being so welcoming!

Ustick Dental has been my dental office since I was a child because I love the staff. Even though I've lived in Portland for 5 years, I still make sure to schedule my appointments with them every time I come home because I trust them completely.
I recently started seeing Dr Booth after not seeing a dentist for several years. I have to say l love the entire staff at Ustick Dental and how caring they are and how they know you like family. Some things happened that were out of their control and they made sure to make it right. Dr Booth did some major dental work Tuesday and even tried calling me that night to make sure I was feeling okay. I couldn't be happier with the team at Ustick Dental. I wanted something close to home and the other option I had was closed on my other day off so I went with Ustick. I believe it was meant to be that way. 🙂

My son who nine years old and has autism was able to get his x-ray done. My kids and I really like this office . I highly recommend them!

I’ve also heard that he helped a client by detecting cancer in one of their scans. That’s amazing and it’s total dedication to his clients. Thanks to Dr. Booth and his team for all you do.

This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Upon my first visit, I was greeted with a welcome gift and card. They are so personal and truly care about you.
I have been remiss in posting a review but I think about doing so every day when I look in the. mirror or when something or someone makes me smile. I am an unusual case in that I was missing several second teeth- they never grew in - so I have had bridgework since I was 15! Now I am MUCH older and have had that same bridge and was excited to get a new one. I love this office for my regular dental check ups. They are conscientious and kind and do a great job! When it came time to make the move on all new bridge work - it is a major expense and I figured I would not ever plan to have to do it again. So I did my homework and visited other offices, asking people I know and seeing results others have gotten. I trust this group of professionals so much and I made the decision to get my work done here. I am so grateful that I did! What I love is that I still look like me only better! I have seen cases where the bridgework totally changes the face. Dr. Rigby took the time and care to be sure my teeth turned out beautiful yet not a drastic change.We worked together to choose a color and he made sure my mouth felt comfortable. There was a bit of adjusting later but now- my teeth are my own and my smile says it all! People tell me I look great- and they may ask what is different. So I tell them and I am always happy to tell them who the "artist " is.
Dr Booth and his assistants were outstanding!! I had a stubborn wisdom tooth extraction and he consistently made sure I was comfortable to the best of his ability. The front desk staff were wonderful and very welcoming as well. I will be back for regular cleanings and other wisdom tooth extractions!

I was able to get into an appointment quickly in an urgent situation, they were very kind over the phone and in person. Great dental assistant and the dentist repaired my tooth well, they take my insurance and were transparent with cost out of pocket before the procedure was done. The office is clean and inviting, there is plenty of parking and the staff were so friendly.

I recently broke a veneer on a front tooth. I didn’t have a dentist at the time but found Ustick Dental and they were able to get me in within an hour of my call. I was in desperate need for an emergency procedure, as well as a new primary dentist, and they were able to get me in same day, within a couple hours from when I called!! The service was wonderful by both the staff and Dr. Booth - he was very easy to work with and highly experienced. After the appointment I left finally out of pain and with a follow up scheduled - they truly took care of me. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the Boise area!!

Ustick dental was amazing! They offered a free extraction clinic day which is awesome all by itself, they're helping the community. But they also were able to extract four extra teeth instead of just the one. The staff was super friendly! Had a wonderful experience here
I went in to have 2 molars (broken, abscessed, infected) removed. The assistant was incredibly friendly and comforting, as I am terrified of the dentist. She gave me headphones to listen to music on my phone, and sat in the room before the doc, trying to get my mind off of it all. The dentist was cold, short, and kind of rude. His audible response when examining my mouth was hurtful/insulting. There's no way my mouth was the most jacked he's seen, but sure made me feel that way. Turns out he was a little over aggressive and dislocated my jaw (TMJ), which is locking up when I try to bite down, and cracking/popping with little movements. My eye socket hurts to the touch and possibly developing a black eye, and said eye is watering nonstop. Definitely not the greatest experience, tho I'm still glad the two molars are out, even tho I feel I just traded one pain for another.
Customer service here is amazing. I was getting 3 wisdom teeth removed and everyone was super helpful and assured me that I would be just fine... and they were right. The extraction itself was painless. Love this place

Awesome dentist office. The hygienist Evan made it the most comfortable (as much as possible) dentist experience I've ever had. He was calming and made my experience low anxiety and pain. The front desk, dentist and hygienist answered all my questions and I had a lot. So happy I came here for my dental needs. I had a cleaning done and it was awesome. More work ahead but oddly enough I am not as nervous and couldnt be happy enough to get my work done here.

My experience at ustick dental wasn't anything less than amazing. They saw me for 2 extractions of broken teeth. I was told they couldn't be done without and oral surgeon. But Dr. Rigby was able to extract them both and all for free. I can't say how happy I am to of been given the opportunity to receive such exceptional service.

I wish I could rate higher. I have never been somewhere with more kindhearted people! Every person I came into contact with was so kind and understanding, and I highly recommend them to anyone. As a new patient, the nurse (mine was Kate or Katie, an absolute sweetheart) gave me a small tour of their facility and showed me their certificates and machines, and when I got to the room there was a welcome blanket rolled up with hand sanitizer and chapstick as a welcome gift. Furthermore, they were incredibly understanding with the payment arrangements and made sure I got my tooth taken care of as well as made me comfortable about it financially. I felt no pain after the numbness went away. I could go on about how great everyone is, Thank You Dr Holbert, Kate, the receptionists, and anyone else I passed, for being so kind to me and helping me! I recommended my entire family, if you're looking for a reason or a sign to call them or go in, this is it!

The staff in the front are friendly, the staff in the back are friendly and accommodating, and the doc did a great job! I had some challenging fillings that needed doing, and he was able to do them in under an hour. Their prices are reasonable and it's a very kickback atmosphere. By far the best dentist I have ever been to. They actually care about patients and will work with you on payments. They were a lifesaver when I had no insurance and was in dire need of a tooth extraction. They got me in same day for my emergency and ever since then they have become my permanent dentist and the place I tell everyone to go when they need dental work. Absolutely a joy everytime I go in and always friendly, supportive and super helpful. It's not often you find any sort of medical type offices that truly care about the patient. Everytime I have had to have work done the dentist themselves take time out of their family time to check up on me and make sure I'm doing alright after.

How does one describe the world class treatment provided at ustick dental. Had a dental emergency from another dentist failed work. They quickly got me in and feeling better. They take time getting to know you on a personal level, preference around dental treatment options etc.

I have been going to the Ustick Dental Office for almost 40 years and am never disappointed. With this COVID19 stuff happening the staff's professionalism never wavered. And my teeth cleaning was very enjoyable actually even as it was old school and low tech!
Were so happy that things are starting to open up. We came in for a check up and teeth cleaning. Though it was a little different having the dental hygienes totally covered up. They were still able to clean our teeth.
As always everyone was pleasant and the dental cleaning and exam was done in a prompt and comfortable manner. I especially appreciated all the professional precautions that were followed during this Covid-19 pandemic. I had my 1st visit in August. The Dr. and hygienist had planned to just clean and xray my teeth but I had a very bad tooth that I really wanted to focus on. It had to be pulled. Dr. wasn't sure there was time for that but I couldn't wait another day so he said he would. I so appreciated it. Didn't feel any pain just pressure. Dr. gave me an extra shot because I could feel it at first. I'm embarrassed to say I can't remember Dr. or hygienist name but they were awesome! But I have another appt. 9/18 so you can bet I will remember after that visit. Thanks everyone!

I changed to this practice after retirement and finding my previous dental group did not accept my new dental insurance. As I sought a practice, I was not treated well by another office. At Ustick, the receptionist was very gracious. I've been welcomed by the hygienist and dentist as well. Exams are thorough and what I've come to expect. Have made 3 visits and my experience has been very consistent. I'm glad I found them! Update 8/1/18 I've continued to appreciate the kind attentiveness of Erin as my hygienist and Dr Booth. I had recent visits with both and found them thorough and expert in their approaches. Erin is sensitive and complete in her work. In a subsequent appointment, I had to have two fillings replaced and Dr Booth found an adjacent tooth also had decay. Instead of yet another appointment, he was able to take care of it while I was in the chair- greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this practice. Everyone- including the front desk staff- participates to make me feel welcome and help me remember my pre-medication! They are consistently caring. Thanks!

I am 56 years old and have a lifelong dread of going to the dentist! I am so grateful that I found Ustick Dental! My previous dentist did not take my new insurance so I started my search for a new dentist. My appointment was only a few days after I made the initial inquiry. Chrissy is absolutely amazing! The best cleaning I have ever had! They have very high tech diagnostic equipment. Dr. Rigby and Chrissy explained in detail what issues were found and the best course of action. The breakdown of costs was explained in detail and I was given the choice to wait for pre-authorization or go ahead with the treatment plan. I am actually looking forward to having the work completed. I have no worries knowing I will be in very capable hands. Thank you Ustick Dental team for being so welcoming!
Yes Ustick Dental is great Debbie and I have been going to Ustick Dental since 1981 that's a long time and you guys have been great we're going to miss Leslie but the new hygienist is great will continue going probably for another 30 years who knows also dr. Dr. Rigby and Chrissy are the best. They take great care of me knowing the phobia I have. Will continue going there as long as they are there. The front staff are very friendly and helpful, especially with the questions I come up with. Everyone there greets you with a smile and hello. Very thankful for Ustick Dental.

We saw Dr. Booth and was very pleased with his proposed plan for my mom. She is 85 with dementia but still has good quality of life. He went over multiple options with us to better her dental health. I was grateful for their kindness, their understanding, and the way they treated her and me as though we were family.

Going to the dentist was stressful for me for years. Then I found Ustick Dental and Dr. Kirby and that has all changed. They have an amazing team! It’s been 5+ years since I became a patient and I have never had anything but a great experience with each visit. The entire staff is wonderful!
I absolutely love the staff at Ustick dental. They are very welcoming and make me feel comfortable. Dr. Booth is amazing! I've always been scared of dentists however, he makes my visits great. I don't even feel it when he's working on me. Megan is his assistant and she's also amazing! Always explains what is going to be done. I would most definitely recommend Ustick dental to anyone especially those who are scared of going to a dentist.

Amazing professional staff, they provide excellent service and are attentive to details. Wait times could be improved. I was in the lobby for 20 minutes after my scheduled start time, and no one from the front desk said anything to me until I asked. Besides that - I’d make a full and hearty recommendation.

Extractions, implants, dentures-Dr Boothe explains all procedures and continually asks how I'm doing, caring about my comfort. They are efficient in explaining costs and options with a discount plan that has saved us significant money. I've been going to Ustick Dental since I moved to Boise 5 years ago. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist but Dr Booth and his staff always make sure I'm doing alright while working on my teeth!

This was a great experience, I am an anxious patient who does not do well with going to the dentist. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. The entire staff there are great. The dentist was helpful at explaining everything and working with me for a dental work plan. State of the art technology as well, just overall fantastic care!

Ustick Dental has been my dental office since I was a child because I love the staff. Even though I've lived in Portland for 5 years, I still make sure to schedule my appointments with them every time I come home because I trust them completely.
I recently started seeing Dr Booth after not seeing a dentist for several years. I have to say l love the entire staff at Ustick Dental and how caring they are and how they know you like family. Some things happened that were out of their control and they made sure to make it right. Dr Booth did some major dental work Tuesday and even tried calling me that night to make sure I was feeling okay. I couldn't be happier with the team at Ustick Dental. I wanted something close to home and the other option I had was closed on my other day off so I went with Ustick. I believe it was meant to be that way. 🙂

Ustick Dental is a trip back in time where you are greeted by name as soon as you walk in the door. On my 1st visit Alice & I got the platinum tour of all the things they have and do there. One day a year they provide basic services at no cost. This year they had 70 people receive their services. On top of all that they show a genuine care and concern for their patients. We have found our Dentist! Doctor Rigby received my wife and I in on short notice and did extensive work for us on his day off. It was a marathon session that included three crowns as well as other procedures. His expertise was impeccable and the dental work was done quickly and efficiently. We appreciated the concern of the entire staff for our comfort while in the office.
